Welcome to ShaadiDotDance. By booking our wedding and sangeet choreography services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms help ensure a clear and smooth experience for every client.

These terms and conditions apply to all wedding and sangeet choreography bookings made with ShaadiDotDance.

1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after the agreed booking amount or advance payment has been received. Rehearsal dates and choreography planning will be scheduled after confirmation of the booking.

2. Payment Terms

The payment schedule will be discussed and confirmed at the time of booking. Clients are expected to make payments according to the agreed schedule. Any pending payment should be cleared within the agreed timeframe.

3. Choreography & Rehearsals

Choreography is planned according to the client’s requirements, performance level, number of participants, songs, and available rehearsal time. We teach the steps progressively and guide clients during rehearsals.

Clients are expected to attend scheduled rehearsal sessions and practice regularly to achieve the best possible performance.

4. Song Selection & Editing

Song selection and basic mashup or medley editing may be included according to the selected package. Final song choices should be confirmed before choreography begins so that the routine can be planned properly.

5. Cancellation & Refund

Once a booking is confirmed, the booking advance payment is non-refundable. If a client cancels the booking from their side, payment obligations will be handled according to the agreed booking terms.

6. Rescheduling

If a rehearsal needs to be rescheduled, the client should inform us as early as possible. Rescheduling is subject to choreographer availability and the time remaining before the wedding or event.

Last-minute changes may not always be possible.

7. Function-Day Requirements

If function-day choreography support or a choreographer’s presence is agreed upon, the client should provide the required details in advance.

Any agreed travel, cab pickup/drop, or other function-day travel arrangements for the choreographer will be covered by the client unless otherwise agreed.

8. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for attending rehearsals on time, following the choreography instructions, practicing between sessions, and informing us about any changes in participants, songs, venue, or performance requirements.

The final quality of a performance also depends on regular practice and participation by the clients.

9. Performance Changes

Requests to make major changes to a finalized choreography routine, songs, participants, or performance duration may require additional time and may not always be possible close to the event date.

Any additional work or requirements will be discussed with the client in advance.

10. Communication

Clients should provide accurate contact details and respond to important booking-related communication in a timely manner. Communication may take place through WhatsApp, phone calls, email, or other contact methods provided by ShaadiDotDance.

11. Service Area

ShaadiDotDance provides wedding and sangeet choreography services across Delhi NCR, including Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Faridabad, and Ghaziabad. Destination wedding choreography may also be available depending on location, schedule, and travel requirements.

12. Booking & Availability

Choreographer availability depends on the wedding date, rehearsal schedule, number of performances, and location. Early booking is recommended, especially during the wedding season.

13. Changes to These Terms

ShaadiDotDance may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Any updated terms will be posted on this page and will apply to future bookings unless otherwise communicated.
