At ShaadiDotDance, we value every confirmed booking and reserve the required time for your wedding choreography. This cancellation and refund policy explains the booking cancellation, advance payment, refund, and rescheduling terms for our wedding and sangeet choreography services.

1. Booking Cancellation

Once a booking is confirmed with ShaadiDotDance, the booking advance payment is non-refundable. The advance payment is collected to reserve the choreographer’s time, rehearsal dates, and planning for the client’s wedding or event.

If a client decides to cancel the confirmed booking from their side, the advance payment will not be refunded.

2. Advance Payment

An advance payment is required to confirm a choreography booking. The exact advance amount and payment schedule may depend on the selected package and will be discussed with the client before confirmation.

The booking is considered confirmed only after the agreed advance payment has been received.

3. Refund Policy

The booking advance payment is non-refundable after the booking has been confirmed.

Refunds, if applicable in any exceptional situation, will be considered only at the discretion of ShaadiDotDance and based on the circumstances of the booking.

Any refund-related decision will take into account the rehearsal dates reserved, choreography preparation, song selection, medley editing, and other work already completed for the booking.

4. Cancellation by Client

If the client cancels the booking after confirmation, this cancellation and refund policy will apply.

Any pending payment obligations will be handled according to the payment terms agreed at the time of booking.

Clients are requested to inform ShaadiDotDance as early as possible if they need to cancel their wedding choreography booking.

5. Rescheduling

If the client needs to change the rehearsal dates instead of cancelling the booking, they should inform ShaadiDotDance as early as possible.

Rescheduling is subject to choreographer availability and the time remaining before the wedding or event.

Last-minute rescheduling may not always be possible, especially during busy wedding seasons.

6. Changes in Performance Requirements

Changes to the number of performances, participants, songs, performance duration, or rehearsal requirements after booking may affect the agreed schedule or package.

Any additional work or requirements will be discussed with the client before proceeding.

7. Song Selection & Preparation

Song suggestions, mashup or medley editing, and choreography preparation may be included according to the selected package.

If work has already started on song selection, editing, or choreography preparation, cancellation of the booking does not automatically make the advance payment refundable.

8. Rehearsal Responsibility

Clients are expected to attend scheduled rehearsal sessions and practice regularly.

If a client misses rehearsals or is unable to participate due to personal reasons, this does not automatically qualify for a refund of the booking advance.

The final performance also depends on the client’s attendance, practice, and participation during rehearsals.

9. Function-Day Support

If function-day choreography support or choreographer presence has been separately agreed, the related travel arrangements and agreed expenses will be handled according to the booking terms.

Any agreed cab pickup, drop, or other travel costs for the choreographer will be covered by the client unless otherwise agreed.
